Privacy Policy

Account & sign-in. Your email address, and which providers you've linked (Discord, Google, Twitch). We never see or store your password for these providers - sign-in happens directly between you and them.

Profile. Your artist name, your unique identifier, bio, any social links you add, and optionally your country and date of birth (date of birth is never shown publicly).

Uploads. Your profile photo and any tracks you upload to your library (title, artist, featured artists, description, genre, and the audio file itself).

Stage information. If you create a Stage: its title, description, streaming platform and link, and your queue settings.

Activity. Tracks you submit to a stage's queue, and likes you give to other artists.

Twitch panel submissions. If you submit a track through one of our Twitch panel extensions (rather than the website), and you choose to connect your Twitch account when prompted, we receive your linked Twitch user ID and Twitch display name - this only happens if you explicitly grant that connection through Twitch's own prompt, never automatically. We also store whatever track details you type into that submission. Submitting through a Twitch panel does not create an ArtistLine account.

Cookies. Standard session cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• Running the site - your profile, your stage's queue, keeping you signed in.
• Showing relevant information to relevant people - e.g. a streamer sees who submitted a track to their queue.
• Pre-filling your Twitch display name into a Twitch panel's submission form when you connect via Twitch (you can still edit it before submitting).

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

• Discord, Google, Twitch - only what's normal for OAuth sign-in and, if you choose to connect a Twitch panel, your Twitch identity.
• Cloudflare - stores your uploaded files and photos.
• Railway - hosts our database and servers (accounts, profiles, and everything else that isn't a file or photo).

You can delete your account at any time from Settings - this permanently removes your profile, uploads, photo, stage, and email from our systems.

Tracks submitted through a Twitch panel (without an ArtistLine account), and website submissions not added to the submitter's library, stay visible in the streamer's recent history for a short while after they're played, then are deleted automatically - including any linked Twitch ID. We don't keep a history of them beyond that.

ArtistLine is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
